Located between Scofield and Electric Lake in Gooseberry East Estates
As a family, we have decided to sell our family cabin. It is a A-Frame that is about 1600 square foot. It has many options that will fit many families. The cabin has a kitchen, dinning room, family room, master bedroom, 3/4 bath, propane water heater, and a full loft upstairs featuring 3 large bedrooms. The cabin includes a 250 gallon propane tank, 2 water vaults and lines running to the cabin, including the right to water, outhouse for the winter, and sits on highly wooded 5 acres.
We will include a map of how to get to the location. If you are coming from Scofield, you continue south then east up past the mines. As you drop down, there is a parking lot. Head west to the gate. If you are coming up from Fairview, you will continue past Electric Lake, pass the MIA Camp road and just around the bend there is a parking lot. Proceed east to the gate.
