Water System
The water system is 2 dead man vaults. One is 750 gallons and the other, I think is about 1,000 or more. The upper spring needs re-developed, or a well built. The upper vault is near lots of water. The lower vault has a small spring, but could use a redevelopment. The water currently has two other cabins on it, however we own the vaults, lines, etc. You don't have to share. They should develop their own system. We will leave that up to the buyer. The association owns the water rights. We registered out water system in around 1980.
